Great online class with Mel. Very good fun. Mel is really welcoming and very helpful no matter what level you are working at. Enjoyed it from start to finish! Great music, moves, atmosphere and an all round fun workout! Don’t know what I’d do without it.
This class was very welcoming and suitable for all fitness abilities. It has such a fun vibe that sometimes i forget I’m working out. Excellent location and Mel is a great instructor. I’ve been going regularly for 5weeks and plan to continue.
It’s such a fun way to exercise! The routines are easy to pick up and definitely get your heart racing. Mel is a great instructor who is easy to follow and makes you feel at ease. It’s so much fun with the glow sticks and disco lights and you really can go at your own pace. Highly recommend.
